Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

Following consultation with Cloyne Diocesan Authorities and the Health Service Executive, we have been informed that in the interests of wellness towards eachother, it is advisable that there would be no gatherings in the Parish Church during any Live Broadcasting of Mass or other Liturgical Ceremony.

Level 3 COVID-19 Restrictions

All Masses after midnight on Tuesday the 6th October will be broadcast online until further notice. Click on the RED button above to be taken to the Live Stream, alternatively, you can watch Mass on Facebook by clicking on the BLUE button above. Mass will be broadcast at the following times:

11AM on Sundays
10AM on Tuesdays

The Church will be open to the public for private prayer each day, however, the church will be closed to the public during the times that Mass is being broadcast through the live stream. We would kindly request that you sanitise your hands prior to entering and
leaving the church and please follow the one-way directional signs.

Covid-19 Church Seating Capacity

In line with social distancing guidlines, the seating capacity of our churches has changed. From the 29th of June 2020, Church Stewards will be present during Mass Times to ensure that each Church is compliant with its seating capacity, as well as ensuring that Parishioners are compliant with social distancing regulations.

Shanballymore: 50 Seats
